1. Introductory Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") regulate the use of the Slotio service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), provided by Rayvee´s Group s.r.o., with registered office at Školská 660/3, 110 00 Praha - Nové Město, Company ID: 23622156, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 430293/MSPH (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").
2. Definitions
- Service – cloud-based system for managing barbershops, salons, and wellness centers
- Customer – natural or legal person using the Service
- User – person authorized by Customer to use the Service
- Account – unique access credentials for the Service
- Subscription – paid period of access to the Service
- Personal Data – data processed in accordance with GDPR
3. Subject of the Agreement
These T&C govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties in the provision and use of the Service. The Service enables the Customer in particular:
- Booking and reservation management
- Customer and staff records
- Point of Sale (POS) system
- Inventory management
- HR management and payroll calculations
- Reporting and analytics
- API integration with external systems
4. Establishment of Contractual Relationship
The contractual relationship is established upon Customer registration and acceptance of these T&C. By registering and first logging into the Service, the Customer confirms that:
- they have read and agree with these T&C,
- they have legal capacity,
- they have provided truthful and current information,
- they agree with the Privacy Policy.
5. Provider's Rights and Obligations
5.1 Provider is obliged to:
- Provide the Service in the agreed scope and quality
- Ensure Service availability of at least 99.5% monthly uptime
- Perform regular data backups
- Protect Customer data in accordance with GDPR
- Provide technical support on business days 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Inform about planned outages at least 48 hours in advance
5.2 Provider has the right to:
- Temporarily limit or interrupt the Service for maintenance
- Modify Service features for improvement purposes
- Suspend access for T&C violations
- Change prices with 30 days' notice
- Terminate Service provision with 90 days' notice
6. Customer's Rights and Obligations
6.1 Customer is obliged to:
- Pay the agreed price for the Service on time
- Use the Service in accordance with T&C and applicable laws
- Protect access credentials from misuse
- Immediately report any abuse or account compromise
- Keep contact information up to date
- Not provide access to unauthorized persons
6.2 Customer has the right to:
- Use the Service within the agreed scope
- Request technical support
- Export their data
- Terminate the Service subscription
- Request Service bug fixes
7. Price and Payment Terms
7.1 Price
Current pricing is available on the Provider's website. The price may include:
- Monthly subscription – regular monthly payment
- Annual subscription – savings compared to monthly payment
- Premium services – additional features or support
7.2 Payment Terms
- Monthly subscription: always on the 1st of the month in advance
- Annual subscription: one-time payment at the beginning of the period
- Invoice due date: 14 days from issue
7.3 Payment Delay
In case of payment delay exceeding 7 days, the Provider is entitled to suspend access to the Service. For delays exceeding 30 days, the Provider may terminate the agreement.
8. Trial Period
New Customers are entitled to a 14-day free trial period. After the trial period expires:
- Customer may start paying and continue using the Service
- Or may decline continuation, data will be retained for 30 days for possible renewal
- After 30 days from trial end without activation, data will be deleted
9. Data Protection and GDPR
The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR regulation. The Customer is obliged to ensure they have a legal basis for processing personal data of their clients in the Service.
9.1 Data Security
- Encrypted connection (SSL/TLS)
- Daily data backups
- Server infrastructure in EU
- Access control via roles and permissions
- Access and action logging
9.2 Backups
The Provider performs automatic backups every 24 hours. Backups are retained for 30 days. Customer may request data restoration within 30 days of deletion.
10. Liability for Defects and Claims
10.1 Complaints Procedure
Customer is entitled to file complaints about Service defects in writing to support email.
- Critical error (Service outage): response within 2 hours
- Major error (impaired use): response within 24 hours
- Minor error: response within 5 business days
10.2 Limitation of Liability
Provider is not liable for damages caused by:
- Improper use of Service by Customer
- Third-party intervention
- Force majeure (vis maior)
- Internet outage on Customer's side
11. Termination of Agreement
11.1 Termination by Customer
Customer may terminate the Service subscription anytime through the administration interface or in writing. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Already paid amounts are non-refundable.
11.2 Termination by Provider
Provider may terminate the agreement in case of:
- Serious violation of T&C by Customer
- Payment delay exceeding 30 days
- Service misuse
- Service discontinuation with 90 days' notice
11.3 Data Deletion
After agreement termination, Customer data will be retained for 90 days for possible restoration. After that, it will be permanently deleted unless Customer requests export.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service including source code, design, database structure, and documentation is the intellectual property of the Provider. Customer obtains only the right to use the Service for the duration of the agreement.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Provider reserves the right to change these T&C. Customer will be informed about changes at least 30 days in advance by email or through notification in the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
14. Final Provisions
14.1 Governing Law
These T&C are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved before the materially and territorially competent court.
